Ocean healthcare Complex care is run by a senior management team with over 91 years of nursing, Complex Care and management experience. They are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care and enabling children and adults to live their best lives at home.
Our care teams are managed by nurses and experienced team leaders in each area who have access to and are supported by the senior management 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Cathy has been with Ocean Healthcare for many years and in the last few has led the way for us branching into providing Complex Care services. Cathy overseas all care-related operations within the Complex Care sector of the business. With decades of experience in care working as a nurse.
Paul oversees all operations at Ocean Healthcare. He has a vast amount of experience within the healthcare industry. Paul helps plan the future growth of Ocean Healthcare whilst also maintaining the high-quality service we provide across the business. Paul’s role as a Nominated Individual is to supervise the way that the regulated activity is managed.
Ken started Ocean Healthcare in 2013. He is responsible for steering the business. His main priorities are ensuring that Ocean Healthcare stays true to its values, grows sustainably and makes a positive difference to the people we serve and those who work with us.
Amanda’s main responsibility is to ensure that our service users receive excellent care, delivered safely, and to also support our ambitious growth objectives within our Complex Care division. Amanda works very closely with the Clinical Management Team on a daily basis to develop the team, our practices and help deliver our strategic plan.
Adam joined us as Head of Operations for our Complex Care division in 2023. Adam directly looks after our Complex Care Recruitment and Bookings teams, as well as looking after our customers. Adam is involved with the future planning of the business, and then turning strategy into reality.
Mandy has an extensive nursing background and is a specialist in adult nursing. Mandy oversees our adult packages in Complex Care. This involves regular visits to our service users, bespoke training with our carers, in addition to the signoffs and risk assessments involved with our packages.
Frankie is our Complex Care office manager and provides essential support to the management team. She ensures that meetings, schedules, and communications are well-run. Frankie ensures that our systems and processes run efficiently and smoothly for Complex Care service.
Karen is our guardian of the coin. Initially starting with Ocean in 2019 to provide support to Tracy, Karen is now our Accounts Supervisor. Primarily Karen provides and manages all accounting information for the Complex Care division. She has forged strong relationships within the company and with our clients.
Sam ensures that we continually attract and retain high quality healthcare workers, in order for us to provide our excellent Complex Care service. Sam oversees the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for Complex Care, making sure our workforce are much more than just compliant.
