Varied And
Rewarding Work

Are you interested in a care role that is varied, rewarding and will develop your clinical skills?

All our clients have personalised care plans around their unique complex medical or mental health needs. One day you can be caring for an adult with a spinal injury and the next day a child with a complex congenital condition. This means that each day can be diverse, interesting, sometime more challenging, but ultimately very rewarding.

Primarily, our care is provided in a person’s home environment but if they need to go to another setting then our carers go too.

Supporting Our Carers

We recognise that our workers are carrying a lot of
responsibility. At all times they’ll have access to
support and guidance so that they can make decisions
and manage situations effectively and with confidence.

We have a philosophy of ‘Live Happy, Care well’. This is
because we believe that the happier a carer is the
more likely they are to care well. We therefore take
the time to understand each of our carers needs and
support them as best we can, as well as,, saying thank
you and well done.

Ongoing Training
For Carers

On joining our team all carers undergo a robust
induction and training programme which ensures
they are properly equipped and have all the skills
and knowledge they need to be confident of the
care they are giving. Carers frequently work
alongside other care team members as some
clients need more than one carer on each shift.

Once out working all our carers receive appraisals,
mini-reviews, spot-checks, regular chats and
meetings to ensure that all our healthcare
assistants and support workers are fully up to
date. We run regular in-house training with
accredited trainers so that carers can keep up to
date with best practice but also learn new skills.
External training is also given where even more
specialist skills and knowledge are needed.
